What does Xbox Live have that PSN doesn't that's worth paying for?

I have both and the only difference is Xbox Live runs netflix better. And it has ESPN3.

on psn you can get themes of really hot girls/final fantasy(equally as exciting in my opinion). on xbox you can only get themes of the under side of bill gates' cock.
