The pre-built gaming PCs usually have shitty vid cards and lacking components unless you buy a gaming laptop. They are pretty standard.
It's not hard to build one and I will help you select components for a budget build if you want.

I hate to say it but from I have read about the OEM versions it will not work. I believe it is tied to the mobo so you can change anything except that. That is what reviews have said on the Internet at least.
Also concerning the GPU's I agree with blue. In your range a 7870 runs you 200-230. It also out performs the 660 and is on par with the 660ti depending on your settings and preferences.

jeff why would you not reuse a CPU cooler if you could? All you need is some coffee filters and isopropyl etoh. Seems like a big waste to buy a new heatsink of the same variety and performance.

Yes EK had blocks since launch. All the preorders are sold out right now. Frozencpu told me on the phone I should expect them to start shipping around march5th.
