$200-225 for the i7 if it's a sandy

So someone just bought all my parts from my last build for an absurd amount... On to a new build again 
Now I just need someone to buy my phantom and WC parts, since I probably won't be using them again.
I'm thinking I may go back to Z77 except use a mATX platform. I'm really liking the Fractal Design Arc MINI since it's the only mATX case that supports 240mm rad (I'm going to get the swiftech H220). I'm pretty set on crossfiring 7950s this time around, so I can use the rest of the money on new monitor(s). I've actually already bought the 3570 again today while it was on sale and a gigabyte windforce 7950.
Here's what I'll probably go with:
i5 3570k
Swiftech H220 CPU Cooler
ASUS P8Z77-M
4x4gb 1600 Corsair Vengeance LP RAM
Same HDDs
Gigabyte Windforce Radeon HD 7950 in CrossfireX
Corsair AX850
Fractal Design Arc MINI
Hopefully some catleaps/crossovers
