Also because the second model usually scales down in size too.

I haven't had mine crash. I've had games crash like CoD: Cold War and Spider-Man Remastered. Once during Spider-Man and Cold War crashed when I cam back from rest. The PS5 hasn't locked up on me like some are reporting. I just closed the game application and started it again and it worked fine.

You gain nothing by buying it immediately.

You gain a year or 2 of playing on your new system. These consoles wont be getting a price drop for over a year anyway, so what sense does it make to wait a year to pay the same amount?
Defects will be covered under warranty. I havent had any issues with the digital version

Plenty of stuff to play on PC until they sort their shite out. Nothing on either console that sells the system, anyways

My launch day PS4 is still played daily by my kids. May be an anomaly but I’m ok with launch day consoles.
