The first time you ride into Mexico on Red Dead....

The music blended with the scenery and everything that had taken place in the game up until that point, it just created such an incredible chill-inducing moment. Name some other moments like this you have experienced, nothing makes a good game great like that type of feeling.

Yeah that was a really cool moment. I can't really think of other similar awesome moments. Maybe in the first Zelda game on NES when you enter death mountain. It has distinctly different music from all other labrynths. It was menacing, and you knew you were fricked if it was your first time.

Y'all forget how the original Half-Life began.
You ride the tram into work like a regular business day. You go around talking to people, and you put on your suit to do the day's experiment, etc.
That all was pretty cool.
ETA: You also got to call in an airstrike during the game.
