re: Kinobody - Black
What's the difference between the phase workouts in the blueprint and the workout in the warrior shredding? I get that the blueprint leads into the warrior or Greek god programs, but it looks similar. At least to warrior. I've doubled back and have been doing the basic workout program. I'll gi...

re: Kinobody - Black
So I like lifting with DBs more than barbell. But how do I figure out a % to lift when everything is based off barbell. In the blueprint, he says that 1xbodyweight is decent, 1.1xbodyweight is good, etc. I think I messed up jumping right into warrior, even though I've been in and out of the g...

re: Kinobody - Black
Question: Started today, but am a little confused. Bench: 2 sets - 4-6 reps, 6-8 reps (rpt) Since the RPT is your heaviest set, do I do that set first? The way he lists it and the way he says some things are confusing. Or are both sets RPT? ...

Lsu777 - didnt you do this program? I downloaded it from someone's Google drive way back a year or so ago, but never actually followed the program. If so, any thoughts/pros-cons? I'm just looking for something to give me a routine/basis to follow when going in the gym. I recently got bored with w...

re: The First Medal of Honor Ever Recorded - Black
Read Robert's Ridge. It explains the entire fight. They didnt even know the enemy was there. They expected a clear LZ and the initial helo was hit with an RPG causing Roberts to fall out. When they exit the helo, they were getting rained down on from a superior fighting position and the mountain fac...

re: John Walton of Walton & Johnson has passed away - Black
I grew up listening to them with my dad on early morning fishing trips. On and off through college and then again when I started my own career. Seemed like they had to find a new niche once nipplegate happened with JT and Janet and the FCC(?) laid down all the new rules i.e. telling someone they wer...

Know any reputable installers in the NOLA area? I'm hesitant to Google reviews nowadays. I'll bring it to BR if needed, but if itll take 50 hours, itd make life easier being closer to home...
the key to proper coating is the prep work. it takes hours and hours of polished and removing paint imperfections
Not to hijack, but I just bought a used truck (black) and it has a few Knicks and scratches. Would ceramic coating it help with those? I was thinking about doing it any...

re: The Ketogenic Diet 2019 and FREE Keto Coaching by OleWarSkuleAlum - Black
Stayed within macros all week except for the pizza night. Ketones dropped from 4ish to 1.9, but started climbing again the day after. Have to keep an eye extra hard bc my watch is feeding my workouts into MFP and showing I have more calories, etc bc of what i burn during the workouts. Scale has b...

re: Looking to transition off Keto - Black
I wasnt trying to start a pissing match. At the end of the day, I'm 37 years old and have lost 20lbs. I dont need six pack abs and I dont need to look like Thomas DeLauer or any of those guys. I feel good, clothes fit well. I'd like to keep it that way and stay disciplined mon-fri and leave a day...
However, I do feel like being conscience of what you're eating and trying to minimize carbs is something you can carry forever. But hell, if I want to eat some King Cake during the Super Bowl that's going to happen. As much as "health and fitness" is a part of living, so is enjoying the sweet...
hate to put a limit on it without knowing more about you, but let’s say hold net carbs around 75-100/day. Well below the SAD, but well above keto.
I stay below 20g total carbs per day for the most part. I test my ketones a couple times a day(blood monitor) and i've been hoveri...

Looking to transition off Keto - Black
But not sure how to do so. I'd still track macros, but don't know what the ratios should look like. Still want to stay away from processed carbs/food, etc. Just want to give myself a little more leniency....a cheat meal every now and again. I'm back in the gym and have hopefully made it a habit agai...
