If I want to plug in cable flies and upright cable flies into my chest day, would I do it at the rep range of 10-12 x 2 sets? Or is it the 5x1,5x1,5x1+?

Do you still give access to the greyskull book? I clicked some of the links and it says it’s deleted. No big deal if not, was just going to use it to follow along.

I’m trying to get back into this. I started right before Covid and was having some success.

My biggest issue right now is

A) figuring how many plug in exercises to do(also how many total exercises to do in a session)
B) what plug ins to use.

I want to mix it up so it doesn’t get boring or repetitive, but also want to work the correct areas on the correct days.

It’s been a minute to say the least, but time to get back to it

Does operation sports still put out an opening day roster? First time playing in a few iterations and I know they used to put something out to download.

I've got a 3 year old satsuma tree that I'm beginning to worry about. Ive noticed recently it doesn't seem to look as healthy as it once did. I haven't changed up anything as far as watering and I've protected it during the recent freeze with some heat lights and blankets. I'm linking an album with a bunch of pictures of the tree that I took today and about a week ago.

I've got leaves that are starting to yellow and will fall off the branch with the slightest touch. During Hurricane Ida it received a little bit of damage to some of the branches from the neighbor's fence, but all in all it came away unscathed. I just don't understand what's going on with this tree to make it start shedding leaves and not being as full as it once was compared to a year ago.

I said the same thing. Especially Garfield. I felt his storyline never got to really develop(which may be bc of him, I think) but I'd like to see each of them do another that ties into future movies

Is there a channel guide everyone uses? Since IDA took my dish and threw it into the next pariah, we have been using our jailbroken firestick, but the wife hates it bc she doesn't have anything to scroll through and see what's on. I've downloaded Pluto and apps of the like but nothing shows local.

I'm in the process of cutting the chord and will go back through this thread for ideas, but wanted to ask about the channel guide before anything

I've been frustrated as frick lately with being in nothing but sweaty lobbies. But just got my 15th win last night and almost got back to back dubs but died in a 1v1 (quads) final circle....just got a little too excited

Part of the frustration is teammates not communicating and doing wtf they want.

i'm not sure, but i have a horrid k/d as i started playing Warzone late and this was my first BR type of game I've played, so it took some learning.

Yet, as it gets closer to the new season and more people are Rank 155, our team has been getting worked. We will have nights of barely getting past the first circle, then the last game of the night we pull a 2nd. Then out of nowhere, we get 3 nights in a row of top 10's and multiple wins.
