In a world where so many terrible game developers exist, this is just a comical take.

Their games are always buggy messes with outdated graphics and they've been on a decline when it comes to their storylines/quests/RPG elements. Their games wouldn't be anywhere near as popular & well thought of if they didn't have the mod community to fall back on.
And this is coming from someone who's debating building a new PC for Starfield, so it's not like I get any joy out of it.

If that works with other weapons as well I might have to give them some good ones that eat too much ammo too fast for me.
Works with everything, outfits too. When you are in the t era inventory screen, go to their weapons and pick the one you want the to use and choose the equip it. Same with throwables. All they need is 1 ammo or grenade and it’s unlimited ammo.

FYI, for me at least, doesn't work for Vasco..he's the only companion I've known so far and I don't plan to change it, lol
seriously dudes literally a tank AND he talks shite to enemies

You'll get Sarah once you go to the Lodge (spoiler, I know, but it's the next thing you do in the primary quest line after leaving the mining planet so it shouldn't be too much of one).
You think Vasco is a tank?
Sarah.
Doesn't.
Die.
(at least thus far, I haven't proceeded beyond joining their group in the main quest line)
She moves much faster than Vasco and is fairly aggressive (sometimes seeing and engaging enemies before I know they are even there). Also, Vasco never leaves the area around my ship now (no idea if that can be adjusted, but not too worried about it at the moment).
In other news... I dropped off a frickTON of inventory (cleared out everything from Vasco, Sarah, myself and the cargo hold except for Notes, Aid, primary weapons and their ammo) in the entry area of the abandoned space station orbiting Earth's moon. I didn't go back to check it before logging last night, but I can't see why it would change (considering what I've seen of the game's tracking system for items thus far).
In other, other news... I've broke the Trade Authority terminal on two worlds now with my looting/selling.

In other, other, other news... I found a secret facility on the Moon and was making my way through it when a ship entered its landing bay. I have no idea what was up with that but by the time I got to it, it was taking off again (I had taken over the base robots so I wonder if that triggered it to leave early, foiling my plan to kill the pirates in it and take it).
About 30 hours in and I finally hit level 12 because I can't stop exploring.

I was under the impression on one companion would go fight with you..You may have to tell him to follow you again
My "rook" arse can't save the Key for the life of me..had to grav jump out and start exploring to build a better ship

You guys running around not doing the main are missing out on some key game play additions. Beat into the unknown at minimum before doing a ton of sides

Somehow I don't doubt this, but I can't seem to stop getting distracted by side-quests and random exploration.

I will probably push into the main quest sometime this weekend, once I get some barren moons "explored" for turning in at the Eye.

Relationship building, revealing her likes/dislikes. And she may have trash she collected on a planet to give you (common crafting component)

They all "take damage" and eventually wilt but never die. Once the fight is over they regen.
Can dress the humans in outfits and spacesuits too and keep their original outfits stored.
When in the Trade Screen and viewing their stuff, the B key will "assign" that item to them (top left corner flag will appear on the item tab)

So far, just 1 at a time will follow/assist you.
I have encountered some pretty disheartening graphics issues farther in. Since most sites encountered exploring are kinda sunken into the ground, the surrounding hills can have floating rocks or even entire platforms floating out of reach except by jetpack jump. Regardless of gravity or lack thereof.

Yep. I gave her the Mark 1 set from the constellation basement and a legendary heavy grenade launcher and impact grenades. She is my great destroyer, harbinger of death.

Are we allowing small spoilers mow?
I've discovered something to help sell contraband for those without shielded cargo bays.

i havent tried experimenting with the named crew members you can hire at bars. not the "weapon specialist" types but ones with actual names. i got one and he has some chat options.
i assume they can follow you into the world and fight? do they have advanced story quests like main characters?

I'm only speaking for myself, but I would consider "hey you can sell contraband here" to not be a spoiler unless it's via "you have to get this mission and specifically answer x, y, z" or "not kill King Goomba" or whatever.
If you need to complete a quest to unlock access to it, saying "but you need to find then finish out a certain quest" would be about the extent I would go (not even naming who gives the quest nor where they are located).
That's just me though. I learned over on M/TV during the GOT years that what people consider to be spoilers can vary widely.
