They knock it out of the park with their AC and Far Cry series.
Plus, this is Massive (Ubi is the publisher) and they did a really great job with The Division, even after the rough launch of the first one. I heard a podcast a while back and the general consensus among game developers is that working on a Star Wars game is super hard. EVERYTHING has to get approved by Disney, even the color of an outfit or the type of gun a character has. I'm shocked there ever is an actual serviceable Star Wars game releases, which speaks to how awesome a studio Respawn is.

The writing was just amazing. First game since KOTOR and Galaxies that truly felt like a Star Wars adventure.
Unleashed were great games, but always felt like a game with SW stuff in it, rather than a SW game. . .if that makes any sense.

Yeah, I am aware of Ubisoft's issues, but that image on the right is really, really bad. I was kind of hoping Massive would do a better job with this game. The Division had it's issues but the New York they built was very well done. Looking at this, not so much.

Reminder: Any time someone "shares their pronouns", they're communicating in shorthand with the reader. They are giving the reader permission to disregard wholesale anything ever said by the sharer - past, present or future - as it is not to be considered as having come from an serious individual.

My same philosophy with anyone who uses "woke" on a regular basis.

This is just political silliness. I don’t do it, but I know some very serious people who do.

Her character model looks janky when speaking. I've seen older games that had that way more locked down.
I'd be curious if the gameplay is even fun. I can excuse a lot for a good story and fun mechanics.

No they're not. They may have serious responsibilities/achievements, but they are wholly ridiculous souls who have no business with real world accountability.

Imagine willfully buying an Ubisoft game in 2024. Not just wasting your money on that trash, but then trying to convince everyone else the garbage you bought is gold

Pride is, just not in the sense you're talking about

Again, they only published this.

Again, political silliness. And your conveying it as fact makes it all the more silly.

I see people all the time who do it just out of respect for those it matters to. They aren't bothered by it because they aren't crybaby snowflakes.
Your gross blanket characterization says more about you than them.

Agreed. Listing your pronouns is indeed political silliness.

Jesus Christ she's a goddamn dime.
So strange they altered her so much when they basically made Cal Kestis look exactly like Cameron Monaghan
