I haven't seen many people talk about this game. I've wanted a really good pirate game (outside of Black Flag) for a long time and I think this game is going to be it. The art style is incredible.

Game looks really interesting if you can have automated crew and not have to play with others. 
The artwork reminds me of Stranglethorn Vale in WoW.

Hyped but 2018? Feels like they have been showing this for a while, what big game is hitting in 2017 for Xbox.

I think it looks great, buuuttt...
Plus, Crackdown is turning into a letdown, as near every game on the Xbox, 3rd party or not, so my expectations are significantly lowered.

I can't wait to play it. Looks really fun. Definite buy for me.

How so? They didn't show much at all.
Part of the team that worked on Black Flag is working on S&B and it's a near exact evolution from Black Flag, they're delivering exactly what people have asked for since Black Flag. Can't ask for much more.
For me I want a dark realism art style for a pirate game so SoT with the cartoon arcade style is of no real interest.
I want Pirates of the Caribbean style in UE4 from the Black Flag team and that is exactly what S&B is going to be.

I cannot wait for this game, looks amazing and seems super fun. I just hope they release it someday, it feels like it could end up being the next no man's sky unfortunately as well
