Recommend A Solid Horror Game

Since it’s almost Halloween I’m kind of feeling like starting a new horror game. I have a PS5 and have played Resident Evil 2, Alien Isolation, Until Dawn, Resident Evil 7 and Village, and The Evil Within

The Dead Space remake is also solid if you'd like some sci-fi horror. I also believe it's a "free" PS+ game this month in case you're a member.

Outlast. Probably can get a cheap bundle with Outlast 1 and 2 around this time.

The other Dark Pictures Anthology games are solid. They're not as polished as Until Dawn or The Quarry, but those are Supermassive Games' crown jewels.

I just picked up Alien Isolation last night on PS5 for like $10 because it's on sale. So far it has been excellent.

Since you like RE games, I agree with RE4 remake and Tormented Souls. Also agree with Visage for a different kind of horror.

It’s more of a slow burn, genre shift, psychological horror game. It’s hard to be more specific without spoiling. It really picks up after the third poem.
