they shrunk aniyah palace down for normal modes and left the original for ground war. backlot from the OG MW will also be release this season.
loadout drops are now $10,000 in warzone. increased from $8,500.

Call of duty is on a mission to make it the only game downloaded on the ps4.
Am I the only one having to delete other games to get the updates?

Man, I fell short of this and had to suck it up and pay $10 to get the final few Tiers before the season ended. Had 4 tiers left to go with under an hour left and just couldn't convince myself I could do it. All so I could get that damn Season 2 emblem and Ghost operator character

Just buy an external hard drive.
I read they also fixed the final circle from ending out of bounds or in "undesirable places". Hopefully, that means that the circles won't end on a cliff where one team is at the bottom and can't get up and the other team is at the top. That shite gets so frustrating when you are trying to push the circle and you are at a cliff and it's impossible for you to get up the cliff so you just die in the gas.

The reason for the huge file size on the update is a PS4 thing. They make you basically re-install the entire game(or most of it) and then deleting the out-dated file instead of just replacing the specific portion of the game effected.
So you'll get back the extra space. Just might have to re-download whatever game you deleted.

The new maps are very iffy. Just put in two hours and I am not a big fan. they took a shoot house style map and stretched it longer vs wider - rectangular box is the basis of the map and stretched into a longer rec box vs pushed to a square (rust). In some areas one side of the map has a clear advantage over the other
They should make the sawmill slightly smaller to prevent the camping nature.
Palace is a cluster f. It is essentially just inside the palace walls which is okay. Some dece gunfights if playing objective missions (HQ/Dom). TDM gets a bit spread out.
Backlot should be blown up. Trash map. Campers delight & to many things to jump over or get around to get to the AO.
Pretty excited about the 4 person teams on warzone. That is an awesome add. As another mentioned, I do think a duo scenario would be a good addition.

4s plays pretty well, games seem to go by quicker

Anyone else having serious issues with the update?
My menu animations are impossibly laggy and glitchy and lethally slow to respond, the update itself not finishing(been at 100.0% for an hour and still says updating), the beginning Activision animation playing for 0.5 seconds then pausing for 3 seconds ad nauseum, etc.
I’m on Xbone and am wondering if this is the beginning of the end for my poor 6-year-old console.
