Can someone explain how cross-platform will work for PS4 players? Why would we want to queue up against PC players in an FPS? Unsure how that aspect is of any importance to us.

Hopefully it means that you could team up with your friends that are Xbox and stay in controller lobbies.

I don’t know how much cheese the game will have or how it will play, but it looks like they are at least in a theater and setting I want and have done some upgrades to the engine. It doesn’t even look like CoD except that I recognize Captain Price. BTW, we get to be Price in a modern setting. That’s fricking legit.

Meh. COD season passes are traditionally not buy able because once you have the paid for map pack you are put into specific map pack lobbies. This makes it sweaty as shite. With them being free this will stop that problem of segregated lobbies.

BFV devs killed their own game. It was DOA. I still got it around Christmas for $30 because why not but I was going to pre order until I saw lack of maps, lack of weapons, and the devs telling the people criticizing their actions to not buy it then.

It won't happen that way. They would be killing their game. It is first and foremost a console game. It will be like Fortnite, if you group with a PC friend you will play in PC lobbies. If I had to guess.

man im just not with the BR type games. they seem too randomized to really be competitive.

Ah gotcha, I haven’t played COD in such a long time I didn’t know they forced you into specific map pack lobbies. That does suck. I may pick this one up though since it’s a return to modern warfare. They lost me once they went into the future and you could 360 no scope off a wall.
