Well shite, and I just found out the random phrases you find painted in drawers are cheat codes you can enter in the pause menu

I believe anytime you sleep, it autosaves. I usually do a manual save anyways though.

Yea, I've learned you can't seem to turn in anyone that is already captured. I've taken the jail wagons that have people to the sheriff and get in trouble.

I think you can shoot the shackles off the prisoner that asks you to, get the location of a robbery, then turn him into a sheriff. I think.

I was going to be generous and shoot the shackles off him, but I had throwing knives equipped and accidentally put a knife through his foot.

I finally finished this side quest the other day after looking for the basement for days. I won’t spoil it, but it was a fun little side mission

At this point I have like 5 white side mission icons on the map but I’m skipping them to finish the story soon. I’m ready to see what happens to Arthur. But then I’ll be sad. I know he’s not in RDR so...
I like Arthur more than John.
