They need to introduce something like level tiered gyms, so lower level players can have a chance.
Pretty soon every gym will be owned by super high level XP farmers with retarded high lvl Pokemon no casual player will be able to beat. Then all the casual players will eventually stop playing bc they'll never get to lvl 70 with a 22000 lvl Snorlax or whatever it'll be

There were 2 kids hunting on a golf cart in my neighborhood yesterday afternoon.
HOLY frick I might as well not even try to catch anything right now. It freezes every damn time I make a capture.

I think you're right about this. That would be a cool concept to introduce, like a CP cap at some gyms; it would also encourage some traveling around as well.

I'm guessing I'm losing a pokeball every time it freezes? Been freezing a ton today. I can't afford to be losing pokeballs.

Walked around the outside of my building after eating lunch. Soooooo many Rattatas! I was able to upgrade my Squirtle position from a cp13 to cp286. Got another Bulbasaur, Staryu and Ekans. Caught several Eevees at a stop with a lure. 
I was also able to finish off my 5k to hatch a Meowth.

New glitch, I was at my normal pokestop on the way back to work and it would spin but wouldn't give out anything.

Definitely not new. Happens to me all the time. Although, sometimes it's because my bag is full. Other times, it just isn't working.

Caught psyduck and meowth today at Mathernes on Bluebonnet.
