I have 30k stardust right now at level 14. I'm almost at 15 and then I will use a lucky egg and evolve everything to get to 16. I don't understand how some people are past level 20 right now.

ive seen a level 28.....they spent some money. im sure of it. that or he/she is a mailman.

I have no doubts that there are people out there who sit at a pokestop and/or gym with a Lucky Egg, Incense, and a Lure up 20 hours a day.

Yeah really every eevee evolution is at every gym and most are Vaporeon. Eevee should be harder to find and 25 candies to evolve it is to low.
