Sitting at places that have multiple pokestops in spawn proximity with them all lured. Catch pidgeys, weedles, caterpies and eevees all day. Occasionally rares will spawn. So they are now a lot higher level than you and get high cp eevolutions.

You are low level, being overpowered by high level people is common in gaming.

So anybody else had a restart with the update? I'm scared to start up again.

If all my shite is gone, I quit.

I found a Koffing today which was new. I have three 10km eggs incubating. I have never had much trouble finding them.

The church around the corner which had 5 Pokestops in the parking lot are now all gone. I assume they wanted them removed because they also have a school. Sucks for me because I would swing into their parking lot on every errand I had to run.

Honestly as hard as it will be to hold off. That's what I would do. its easy to lvl 1-20. After that it's a bitch. You'll want the xp from evolving new poke and also you'll catch much higher lvl pokes in the upper teens which you can then evolve.

I'm not saying don't evolve anything right meow but I would hold off on as much as you can for now.

Game just fricked me in a new way. Had a wartortle pop up, and it's the only thing missing on my pokedex that I let get away. I throw one ultra ball at it and catch it. After I catch it, it pops up that I caught a bulbasaur! No fricking wartortle just a shitty bulbasaur! Cp stayed the same it just pulled the bait and switch on me!

Guess I'm not the only one lol mine was just more tragic

shite, I wish I could catch a few Pidgey and have them saved as something amazing. No such luck for me tonight and I have been using incense all night.

I have found the incense to be slightly better lately, got a few things tonight that are a little more rare in the wild around here. It used to be exclusively pidgeys and rattatas it seemed. Tonight I had a high CP Bulbasaur show up, a Tentacool and a Rhyhorn to name a few. I once had a Ponyta pop up but it ran off after one throw. I keep waiting for something new to show up but I have used 26 incense in the game and out of all of those the only time anything new ever showed up for me was the Ponyta which I didn't even catch. Unless I am forgetting something but I don't think so. Pretty horrible track record.

I'm looking at it as the Pokemon that evolve into big, badass things with high max CP relative to the other Pokemon, I'll spend the dust on like Charaizard or Gyarados.

For the Pokemon that have a middle of the pack max CP, I evolve the highest CP one unless the IV ranges are way off like 30 vs 95. I most likely will never spend the dust needed to truly max out the power ups on those.
