It's not a huge step forward tho. He was easily one of the top 3 in spring split.

I just have to disagree. I think he's going to have to improve every aspect of his play before the grouping stage. His decision-making while split pushing was questionable as well. Obviously I want him to succeed, I just don't have a lot of faith after what I saw last split. The environment on the team last year clearly wasn't great, but I and many others had major issues with his play specifically, as you well know.

He didnt have major issues. But if you want to believe that sure. You also thought Akaadian played well halfway into the split until it was obvious he was floundering
