Been using Shen supp recently when I'm forced. Not ideal to most people, but I've been spamming him top lane, so the familiarty is nice.
I prefer Zyra to Brand. More reliable CC.
I'm serviceable enough at support to win games. I just hate playing that role without a duo partner.

Welp just lost my Silver 4 promo because riot decided to put someone who has 82 normals wins on my team. The Jinx has 58 farm at 22 mins.
I had more wins then my entire team combined.
She did less than 3k damage in a 23 minute game
Our Riven top was the same story. Neither of these two players looked like they have been playing league for more than 2 weeks.

ETA: Next game, Irelia shows up 6 mins into the game and feeds the enemy camele (sp?) 8 kills before 20 mins.

I prefer brand sup out of those 3, personally. I've mained Brand mid for the past 2 years so that's probably why.

Silver and Bronze are so incredibly streaky early this season. Will go on a 5-6 game winning streak, then all of a sudden it's like Riot started encouraging the special needs schools to queue up for ranked. Then you lose 4-5 in a row
On a side note, I saw Shiphtur was/is playing a lot of Ziggs bot. Apparently, you go with the standard AP build along with a support that can help you shove effectively (Karma, Zyra, etc...) and you max your "W" second.
With the Ziggs passive damage on his auto's scaling with AP and being doubled on structures, paired with his satchel being able to take down turrets at 30% hp at max rank, you can effectively just mow down towers.
There's also the added bonus of your all in with a high damage support at lvl 6.
Tried it out in normals, and it's pretty fun. You have to make sure you have a heavy ad mid or jungle though.

This shite is impossible.

Winning in spite of things like AD soraka's and constant fed enemy lanes is the only thing I take solace in.
Just lost another bc someone said they had to leave 15 mins into the game.
This is why people murder each other. And this is why I'm pro abortion now.

I play most nights after work if y'all wanna get a squad going. I'm not fantastic, but I'll listen and don't tilt. Finished S4 last season. I play ADC and a little mid and jg

I did placements on 2 accounts. I did solo for one and the flexq for the other. Both accounts ended last season at gold 5.
For the solo placements I went 4-6, got placed silver 2.
For the flexq, I went 9-1, got placed silver 1.
The flexq placements was interesting. I picked fill every time. I got support 6 times, mid 2x, jg 1, and adc 1. I played with and against people from bronze 5 to diamond.

1-3 so far in placements, full expecting to end up in B3 or some bullshite. I swear the last two games especially, I've been playing with like 1st time players or some shite. They don't know shite about shite

It really is uncanny how bi polar the teams are.

I think so. I know I couldn't play with Lebron at one point, but he hadn't finished placements and was gold last season.
I was also Bronze 1 at the time.
