Isn't nightblue the jungle sub for TSM, does he come in or do they go outside for help?

Highly doubt they get nightblue to be an lcs jungle.

I wasn't sure how it all worked. I guess subs are there to fill a spot, take up space and not die in an lcs match if need be...

Hey,
Just started playing LoL, my screen name is "A lot of kittens" I found out about through a Starcraft mod and have had a lot of fun with it so far, and since I don't want to go through all 200 pages of this thread, any page numbers with useful info would be helpful.

I couldn't tell you any page numbers off the top of my head, but feel free to ask questions, everyone here is pretty helpful....except drewbie....don't listen to him.
Have you decided on a specific role you like playing? Any particular champs you like so far?
Off the top of my head:
1) Don't buy runes anytime soon (wait until you hit level 30). Save that IP for later.
2) Don't blow RP on champions with a low IP cost (you earn IP rather quickly if you play a lot. RP you have to buy yourself)
3) There are a set of free champions each week (I can never remember if it's 8 or 10. I believe it's 10). Take advantage of that as a new player. You can go to the LoL website and see what the current free champs are, and around Sunday/Monday, you should be able to see what the next weeks free champ rotation is.
4) There are weekly sales for champions and skins. Sales only affect RP pricing (NOT IP pricing).

Been so long since I've started. Totally forgot you could buy at 20.
Even still, for me personally, I really didn't truly understand the game and how it should be played (including runes) until well after level 30.
Which reminds me, I wouldn't recommend starting ranked immediately after hitting level 30.

I need two more games before I hit 30 but I feel like I know next to nothing about the game

Yeah. I sat out season 3 and started ranked in season 4. Still felt like MAYBE I could have played more beforehand.
Rune pages get expensive, especially when you start custom making them for different champs.
Make sure to be at least competent in all lanes before going into ranked. You may have to play something you don't like based on pick order.
I can usually get away without knowing how to jungle, thankfully. That would be really bad for my team if I had to.

Yeah dude I still lament over all the IP I wasted on Tier 1 runes early on before I knew any better 
And yeah I've just recently started to jungle as I mostly play mid nowadays (Ahri and Syndra <3). I bought Diana and her ganks are pretty awesome once you hit 6. I was ballin hard in my last jung game with her last night. I was 10/2/5 or something like that at one point but despite that, bot lane still managed to feed when I was off ganking elsewhere. I can see the frustration from junglers at times when you feel like you're doing well but you still end up losing because people do stupid shite when you on the other side of the map
But yeah I refuse to support. I'm terrible at it and I wanna kill shite, not kill wards and hope I land a skill shot to engage

I don't know why people think supports can't make plays. It may not get you any kills, but it's essentially the same thing.
I've gone 18/3/41 in my last two games as blitz support. My ult passive jacked most of those kills, but blitz has some decent AP power (and burst somewhat) with his grab, knock up, ult passive then ult active.

Trust me, I apologized 18 times for every single one.
His passive is just too unpredictable. There were a couple of times where I was 1v1 with someone.
But a majority of the kills were me using my combo (pull, knock up, ult). I try not to ult if I think I could take the kill but I've been in situations where the enemy champion walks away because I was being too selfless.
Now it stands for "Kill Secure"
