It will probably ship today some time to deliver Tuesday. You most likely won't have it until UPS / Fed ex schedule to come to your house. Generally in my experience this has been in the late afternoon.
I haven't pre ordered but I will be at Wal Mart in PV around 7 AM Tuesday morning to procure my copy. I have the day off anyway so I will be just doing that all day while drinking beer, enjoying the wife and kids being out of the house for 10 hours

Twice a year. But the MIL is retired Disney and has guest passes, so we never have to pay for those.

My wife's family has done a November Disney trip for years, so this will be my 3rd one of those. And since our anniversary is a couple of days off from her parent's, we done a trip in March the last couple of years which has been nice.

I probably won't get to play until the weekend unless Bethesda ships early, they web site says they are shipping on the 10th but it's subject to change. If that's the case hopefully they will have some bugs that are found patched.

No idea, depends on how the season pass operates. If it's a code you input, you're good. If it's some sort of authentication process, probably not.

The first thing that I thought after the game was "At least Fallout 4 is coming out Tuesday" and I immediately felt better
