From that women who said she worked for Bethesda last year and got fired posted a rant on reddit saying what the game is gonna be and every detail of the game except for spoilers. So far she has been right and she said the map is 3x bigger. I believe her
There is also going to be a shite ton of dlc each month after its release and supposedly there will be a couple of fallout spin offs.

I currently work for Bethesda and can tell you that, in keeping with a true post-apocalyptic world, guns were ultimately replaced with sharpened sticks and large pine cones (or rocks, depending on the player's Strength attribute).
