There is too much shite to pick from on the mods. Will prob be better for later in game. But im like frick doing all that every time I pick up some higher gear.

But I do like how the artifact is separate from the armor mods. I guess a double edged sword because I’d just pick the artifact upgrades in most the armor slots previously.

The game was too easy. I'm glad they did something to combat power creep. In time, we'll see if this was the right thing.

I had no real issue with the legendary campaign.

The story is absolutely laughable, especially considering it’s supposed to be one year away from conclusion.

Anyone remember when D1 was launching and the devs said they were envisioning this as a 10 year space epic on the same level as Star Wars and LotR

Honestly close to D1Y1 levels of shitty, but at least we finally got a 10ft tall tranny in the campaign. Lord knows the fans have been asking for that for years.

Hallowfire Heart looks good to me. Is it not that good? I'm new to the game.

Not really. You basically have to sacrifice your super for it to be okay.

HOIL definitely got nerfed more than I was expecting it to feel. Whoof.
The build crafting changes making a big difference. Feel weak as hell now, but that’s what they want. Will be interesting to see what synergies come out over the next week or so.

What’s the key on damaging the new minibosses? Half the time I’m
Fighting them it just say immune to whatever I’m doing to them.

Rushed. Boring and cringy.

Nerfed mods HARD.

Kinetics feel better but are still vastly outshone by special primaries.

Power weapons feel weaker.

Neomuna was wayyyy oversold. Strand is half baked.

Dude. This expansion is a 4/10 so far and I'm being generous. The raid better be DSC quality to save this shite burger.

I didn’t play the whole campaign but I found the first few missions minimally challenging on Legendary. I died a few times. Most was due to falling off or similarly. I’m not a fan of the Hunter strand abilities. Maybe it’ll get better as I get to use it more later.

I’m not understanding the levels. My guy is a level 7, shush Dev. But my season progress is 2.

I got to the first fight that’s a semi-confrontation with Calus in a big circular room. Died a few times on it and went to bed, though most were ghorn casualties. That room has a lot of enemies though. I feel like it’s an area I should be using strand, but could never find anywhere to tap into it, though I saw strand orbs floating around everywhere. Weapons weren’t doing shite in there.

I didn’t understand the levels either. I think it’s tied to challenges and stuff? I’m level 6 I think and looking through there it has a ton of past triumphs and stuff that hadn’t been completed that are now challenges that make that up.

Is red border weapon grinding still a thing?

Don’t think so

I went back to synthoceps bonk Titan with double heavy handed, double solar surge, and armor break resistance

Along with healing nades, sol victus, roaring flames

Back to easy mode

Nope, well not to the same degree. They've taken away the deepsight resonance. The only time you'll see a red border on a weapon, is if it is a weapon with a craftable pattern that you don't have yet, so it actually means something. No more just storing red border weapons in the vault for resonance.

The amount of bullshite I’m dying to in this damn campaign trying to solo it. Strand is just instant death. Always whiffing an attack and just flying off into the abyss. Seems like every major or higher stomp/melee attack is an instant kill no matter how much health I have, even with melee dampener mods on. Really weird.

Yeah in one of those levels the l1 on warlock is pretty much worthless because you end up just pulling yourself to your death if your not careful.

Byf said the story was extremely disappointing. That is a huge bummer because I was planning on coming back for the story primarily.

Is it really that bad?

Whatever the mission is where you fight the Hydra in three phases annoyed the piss out of me. Just putting you in smaller and smaller rooms with more an more enemies that explode.

I'm like maybe half way through. Just seems very haphazardly thrown together. Cinematics have been cool, but so far pretty much nothing gets explained and it has basically been "oh here is this thing we need to defend, we won't tell you why or what it is. You get a new power thingy, but we have no idea what it is or where it is from and neither do the people from the planet you are on. Ready go."
