Most dysfunctional game you've ever purchased?

Halo: MCC for me and its not even close. Taking it back to Gamestop tomorrow to see if I can get a full refound for it being defective

Recent battlefield. For over a month when I did get in a game 1 step forward 7 back. Worse than mcc

Battlefield 4 takes it, could not play for a month and campaign wouldnt save at all

I have yet to see a game release that can compare to some of the EQ expansion releases, patch to patch the patch to patch the expansion debacles.

Fallout: New Vegas. What a disaster that was, if you didn't stumble onto a game breaking bug, you had to clear system memory every hour or so, lest the game freeze up.

I'll 4th/5th New Vegas. Fallout is my favorite series now that Final Fantasy has mostly gone to shite, but it was sloppy as frick. Had a glitch that made it impossible to complete the Gomorrah/Omertas faction quests.
Also had some big glitches in Mass Effect 3 that made it impossible to complete 100% of it. Would simply fall through the floor at the same part of a certain side quest stage.

Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas on PS3. Skyrim eventually got fixed, Fallout 3 never did (good luck playing any DLC), and New Vegas wasn't horrible horrible. It would just go into slideshow mode after an hour and needed to be shut off. The worst was NBA 2k12, which would freeze on the main menu every single time. That game was literally broken.

On PS3 the digital copy was awful on PS4 I never had any issues.
