it is dumb as frick that the overhead slash needs force. Also I think force should regenerate. Having to hit people to gain force seems a bit on the dark side.

Just completed the game. Very satisfied with it.
I used single blade most the game, unless I was being swarmed with enemies. Used a purple crystal once I got access to it, green or orange before that.

And Christ the holo map sucks balls. It is absolutely useless to find your way around. Thank god they actually give green and yellow hints that tell you to go there but frick if it helps you get there.

Taron Malicos can get fricked. An entire boss fight desired around parrying. I don't think the game's parrying mechanic is consistant and have largely avoided using it in favor of force slow/roll behind. I can get him to half health and he wrecks me.

agree. even with a guide to show you the chests and shite it's still hard to find them bc the map blows so hard
beat the game and i just dont think i have the patience to platinum it. the backtracking absolute horseshite. shouldve been way more shortcuts

I figured out as easy way to kill Taron. I just force push him when he charges at me. That takes off almost all of his block meter.

This game has the biggest mix of good/bad I have played in a long time

Worst map of any video game ever, I spent damn near 2 hours trying to find my way back to the ship on Zeffo. frick the holographic map to hell
Backtracking - should be able to fast travel back to save points FFS I don’t want to fight all those annoying arse night brothers again I just spent 30 minutes on

I'm using green (only have blue and green right now). Don't want to really spoil much in this thread but just got to the giant pit looking thing where Cal mentions he's heard the band playing??? I saved right before going in and starting from there tonight.

I've actually heard of them.. ironically just a couple weeks ago a friend of mine sent me one of their music videos from YouTube and I thought it was pretty good.
