Oh shite, youre right. Well that was the one redeeming thing, seems pretty predatory now. Then again, you gotta know what you sign, it is legally binding, do your time then let the world know how it is.

What? The brand uses his name for exposure, and Tfue only gets 20%? That's a fricking awful deal. Lets say you work in Sales at a 100% commission job, and your boss has a promising lead. You close the deal and only get 20%, how would you feel about that? All the other 50/50 deals are awful too. He's the most popular streamer on Twitch right now, and Faze is absolutely bending him over. He needs to either get of that contract ASAP or get it redone.

The social media policy on page 13 is interesting if you remember the Faze Banks Barley House incident and resulting tweets/videos.

Also on page 9-10. It discusses what it considers a Gamer Material Breach.

In the event of a Gamer Material Breach, Tfue cannot play video games publically (online or in live tournaments) or professionally for 6 months.

it's even worse when it comes to terminating.. he has no buy out clause AT ALL.. also if he breaks the contract he has a non compete where he cannot play video games or stream for 6 months they made it where this man cannot make a living if he breaks contract and the kicker is they can break the contract at any time for any reason...

it may be the worst contract I have ever seen. Remember these were his "friends" that got him to sign... you know they were saying things like "bro we will never collect that much" and "that termination stuff if just legal stuff everyone has"... Faze is about to get fricked HARD for this

Terrible contract. The non competes almost never hold up. The smart play would be for Faze to tear that thing up and *in John Malkovic voice from Rounders* “pay that man his money”.

It is definitely a terrible contract, but you have to remember when he signed it he was averaging under 100 viewers. Having any contract at all when he signed it was a pretty good deal in itself.

That's just not true. He was on the rise even before Faze

Convenient how that graph is cut off. That small spike is probably about when he killed ninja in a solo game.

He didn't blow up until he started winning Friday fortnite nearly every week which he doesn't even get in to without Faze.

Truth is he signed a shite contract. He blew up and realized how bad the contract actually is. Faze offered to renegotiate it in his favor but he wants completely out so he can start his own organization and get his family on payroll.

It's amazing how long summit has been relevant on twitch

I'm more interested in how lirik is still as relevant as he is.

His brother is more interesting, much, much, more.

Something that one sided won’t hold up in court if he can afford to fight them.

It may be expensive to fight but a lawyer looking to get a good share of any recovery would probably take it on contingency.

I literally cannot stand twitch streamers and the culture surrounding them. I have no idea why people watch that garbage

I get the appeal of watching an extremely skilled gamer play a game, but with my limited free time, I'd rather just play myself.

I do to, I just don't understand Tfue's appeal. His gameplay is not good enough to make up for his personality and attitude. He whines CONSTANTLY. Everytime I even try to watch him, he goes on a 20 minute rant about how he died to a stream sniper, or Fortnite is a trash game because of whatever reason. Nothing is ever his fault, and he only dies to cheaters because they couldn't possibly outplay him. He is the poster child for a someone who became way too big, way too fast.

I generally prefer Tim, Lupo, Marcel, and occasionally Courage or Cizzors. Guys who tend to be funnier and more relaxed. Trevor May is underrated too, he isn't very good, but he is funny as hell.
