no, I'm just curious to know if they would even allow that. I wouldn't if I were them, but rockstar doesn't mind sticking out the middle finger
the whole killing cops thing was a huge issue in gta 3 since it released roughly a month after 9/11

This reminds me, I think this was the reason why there was no planes and just a helicopter in IV.

According to a Game Informer interview, the Jet was not included because it was in fact one city and the scale of it didn't call for it to be included.

Has there been anything related to cheat codes?
I loved infinite ammo and all weapons and finding a spot to try and last as long as I could, with a masterful escape.
