The longest thread on this board and maybe in its entire history is a Fortnite thread at almost 4K posts. Fortnite has wide appeal and the developers know they have a cash cow on their hands so they continue keeping the game fresh. It’s not Minecraft. The only thing “childish” about Fortnite is the cartoon graphics. Otherwise, it’s a very skilled game. The user has to know how to build fast and efficient enough all while having superb gunplay to win consistently. I say that as someone who doesn’t enjoy Fortnite but I can look at the game objectively. Fortnite has survived the toughest part of the gaming season with CoD (Blackout), and BFV coming out plus PUBG coming to PS4 (and Xbox last year). I’d say they hold their numbers going forward now.
We’ll see what PUBG does on console. Fortnite at first was a little rough around the edges visually. H1Z1 has a shot at becoming something on PS4 but like we expect from Daybreak, they did absolutely nothing with it.

Destiny PS4 thread is probably much longer, just not used anymore.
