Outer Wilds is a good one, but I got stuck toward the end.

I would second Bloodborne, but although I did everything in that game I remember how hard some of the bosses were and I don't think I'd want to face them again.

Those were all fantastic games.

Destiny (assuming I get the same squad I had the first time)

Metroid Prime - GameCube doesn't get enough credit. This game was great.
