Somebody linked me this guy's Youtube channel and he played a squad match by himself and won with 26 kills.

I made it to the final 4 without taking a single shot. In the 3rd circle, I was camping in one of the small electrical rooms waiting on someone to open the door to hide. With my common assault rifle I immediately downed a dude with the gold scar, gold burst, purple suppressed pistol, and gold rpg as he walked into my little room.

I did the same thing, except I busted out the back wall of it and put a window in because there was a loot drop balloon out back, ended up taking out 3 people trying to get to it before someone found me (finished 4th)

I haven’t played many games, much less FPSs since I use to play CS 10 years ago. Started playing this about 4 days ago. Im hooked. I’m trying but can’t wrap my mind around using the building feature in combat. But it seems like you have to have a good building game to be good at fortnite. Getting a little over a kill each game, but I’m still learning each weapons fire rate, etc. Love the concept. May pick up PUBG.

i love playing solo in Squads to try and hone my multi-player encounters. i play with guerilla tactics and try to be as smart as possible. the other night I hid while 2 squads duked it out. One guy got downed and crawled behind a tree. I ran out of my hiding spot and shotgunned him, then ran back into the woods. squads finished fighting and the victor had 2 survivors. they ran back to heal and i just lit them up with an AR.
ended up getting to the end where it was just me and 2 4-stacks. got owned pretty quick lmao

I just had seven kills out of the opening but some dude hiding out in the gas killed me. He was just hanging out. He died immediately after. Like he had no regard for his own life. Infuriating. That would've almost certainly been my highest kill game as well.

Came in second last night. Soóooooooo pissed. Should have won but the game lagged when switching materials and I was out of the one I was switching from. Was building over a guy and he shot me down cause of it.

It takes a good bit of practice, especially if you're not used to third person shooters.

Also actually getting into engagements. I never got better when I was hiding and running bush to bush trying to get in top 10.

Yeah, when I first started playing my friends forced me to drop into Greasy and a lot of the high traffic areas.
