Anyone used a shadow bomb yet. I was reading online, there are a lot of people who are pissed about Fortnite including it.
The first time I used it, I shot the person, with a SMG and before I could make the kill they were able to shoot me so I didn't see where there is a huge advantage. Evidently if you use two at one you go completely invisible, but I don't think it will have a huge impact on the game like some people are saying.

I got two kills off of shadow bombs yesterday. Not amazing or OP but fun to get out of a sticky situation.

I am not a fan of them. In fact, I take them out when go around them if no one is around, but there are a few times I have used them to my advantage. If I am too close to the storm that is moving in, I will use one if available.
If you have a scope, it's easier to keep track of a hamster ball and you know the person in them will eventually get out.. So if it's possible I will follow them from far away and just wait for them to get out.
When they do get out it's usually to collect weapons or energy. If they are getting energy, those few seconds they are not moving I take them out. I've only done it 5 or 6 times.
If I come across any and no one is around I take them out so no one can use them. If someone is banking on them in a certain location in order to get in front of the storm or something then they might be screwed when they are not there. Although I will not get the kill, it's still 1 less person to worry about. I doubt it has ever worked, but...

I mean you can't shoot in them and their health are so low now that you can melt them super quickly... I think they did a good job balancing them

It’s still a free 200 shield and you can see who’s shooting you, so I think they should vault them after the season. If you can’t get around with quads, driftboards, vents, launch pads, ziplines, and rift to gos, then... I don’t know what to say.

Does anyone know if you get all of the xp boost from everyone if you’re in a large group on the LTM modes? Trying to get my kids account to tier 100

It's only a boost from people in your party... and I think it's capped at some level (I'd have to look it up though)

Exp boost is hardly noticeable in getting tiers. Do the challenges.

If you do every daily and all weeklies you end up with what like 80-85 tiers? Definitely what he should focus on for sure

He’ll only have a max of 3 dailies right now though, and then one new one every day at 7pm. But depending on what tier he’s at the weeklies should get him there.
