Still looked frozen last time I flew over it... the other volcano bomb hit the side of polar and cracked the shite out of it (I assume it'll collapse in a future event)

I learned something this weekend. The outward appearance of social media in regards to this game are not even close to what the entire community feel. I thought for sure the tac sub was coming back but it was 20:1 in there.

That’s because a large part of the fan base is under 15, and those players aren’t really on Social media. Those are the same players that love the spray and pray of the drum gun. Only the pros and content creators wanted the Tac SMG back, but they’re not the majority of the player base.

Yeah, social media is definitely a minority (as is the pro player base)...
I do think we'll see the drum gun tweaked a bit in the coming weeks, but an important note from reddit: when The drum gun was last around, that was also the same time when pumps were super nerfed, so playing now it does feel like you have a chance to counter the drum which you really didn't back in the day

lol at you thinking that. It's good for the gaming community. Look at APEX. Great start, developers got lazy and it's slowly dying by their own doing. I think it could have been a great contender.
