If people would stop buying rehashed sports games every year they'd die already
I'm pretty much done. NCAA 14 plays just fine for me and the irony of it is that I have actually stuck with several looooong dynasties for the first time in my life bc there's no new game every July. Several years ago I started a new dynasty as a 1 star OC at Georgia State and am now the HC at Arky 8 seasons in and have played every game. It's a fun and new experience to have that kind of history with 1 save.

If you want to play a football game that actually has real players, you're kind of stuck with them. It sucks.
Going to stick with MLF going forward though.

Just don’t buy it? EA isn’t going to do anything until people start making them feel the pain over stuff like that:

I find it interesting that people love to shite on EA, and rightfully so, but turn a blind eye to Activision when it comes to COD. They’ve had microtransactions on top of a $50 season pass for years now but nobody really gives a shite. They are the main culprit behind all this crap considering they’ve been the highest selling game for the past few years and now all the other big publishers are trying to catch up.

Yes you do. Don't buy it. Sales suffer, the property improves or the company revokes the rights to the franchise.
Making a company earn your sale vs blindly giving them money for a franchise you support and purchase annually is what lead to these properties losing gamer value.
Madden hasn't changed in years for the consumer. They just now invest in finding new ways to get you to pay more for the same game with an updated number on the case. While doing nothing to improve gameplay or any modes that don't require additional purchases.

What micro transactions in COD:WW2 give you an edge over your opponents? Also, it's only taken me like 10 hours to unlock just about everything in the game competitive (all guns, basic training, etc, not all the skin and crate apparel crap)

Sim leagues are fun. I do regret getting the GOAT edition though

Their last good games were BF3 and BF4, which had a 2 year release cycle.
Lol. BF4 was essentially a glorified BF3 expansion and BF1 was amazing

None at the moment, but I will say that a lot of the loot box guns have different iron sights which actually does make a difference. But in regards to COD in general, just last year Infinite Warfare had guns with better stats and perks in loot boxes so it was definitely pay to win.

CoD has been smart enough to let play 2 win creep in slowly rather packaging it in the box.
Of course Battlefront 2 has such generic gameplay (from what I have seen/read), they probably thought they couldn’t keep a fan base long enough to let it creep in.

Tech stocks in general have not had a good week or so. I’d wait to see how the stock recovers because of the tax reform passage before we start claiming victory over EA. Just my two cents.
