Finally got an S rank from the Happy Home Academy. 
Turnips were selling at 106, I bought 8000 at over 850k+.

So I'm not sure if maybe this was changed in the last update, or just a glitch, but it looks like she's still selling turnips and it's already 5:44 PM my time.

Caught my first couple of scorpions tonight. They are a bitch to catch though because they don't jump before they run at you

I prefer them to the tarantulas because their tail sticking up makes them easier to spot. Still got sniped by one hiding behind a tree

Yeah, that looks terrible, especially the cliffside mansion with the godzilla outside

I found out I have a coveted villager today, Audie. She’s a peppy wolf with fox colors. Apparently, she’s named after an 88-year old who logged over 3500 hours in the last animal crossing, Audrey.
The villager I have that I can’t stand is Chops. My other ones are Hazel, Boots, Rex, plucky, Hamlet, Peaches, and Chrissy.
What are some of y’all villagers? Anyone have Raymond?

I have Rod, Egbert, Kyle, Gayle, Tammy, Pinky, Snake, Eloise, T-Bone, and Drift. I love Egbert, Rod, Drift, Snake. My wife likes Eloise. I kinda like Tammy and Kyle. Pinky and Gayle could go just not sure how to get them to leave and be picky with the next one to replace them. Might look into getting nfc tags and making amiibo cards. Not sure what to do yet

We started with Boots and Mira, then I got Pompom, Marina, and Zucker (was supposed to be Wilbur but I manually invited Zucker after the house was set but before it was bought), then we were forced into O'Hare (first campsite visitor), got Octavian (for the octopus trifecta), and got stuck with Gwen by accident. Still moving houses around, so two more plots to be purchased.

Early on, I picked up my first recruit Clay....
I thought he was a bear cub but once he moved in I found out he’s a damn hamster
The kids think he’s great though, and he looks just like an Ewok, so I guess he’s not the worst villager to have around.

Started with Muffy and Iggly, both super solid. Got Maggie and Rex, (later we got rid of Maggie for Elvis who is much better). And I did get Raymond as my first campsite visitor. I don't see the really big deal, but he's alright.
Since then, got Freya, Skye, Tad, Victoria, Celia.
