I actually like Arnaud's. I think it's the one thing they do really well.

Not sure where Mr. B's lands on the higher end scale, but it was always a favorite for us. Their fried oyster appetizer was great.

Probably not considered "high end" by any means but Atchafayla or Apolline. La Petite Grocery and Patios are also good for brunch.

We moved to Texas years ago.
So, New Orleans isn’t on our radar anymore.

We were there for a wedding last year and Mr. B’s was good then.
It is still a Brennan’s restaurant, so I would expect the quality to be the same as it ever was.

Actually been decades since I've done it, but their Sunday Jazz Brunch was very nice at the time. I can only assume they are still doing it to this day, and if so, probably still well worth it to experience.
