I follow my baw Malcolm Reed at HowToBBQRight. Also, I am addicted to the BBQ Pit Boys.

Aaron Franklin's brisket tutorials are required viewing also.

I like Malcolm Reed, his videos (and his house) have come a long way. Also dig Chef Tom over at AllThingsBBQ.

The main guy on BBQ Pit Boys grates on me.

Chef Tom at All Things BBQ

ATBBQ is probably my favorite of that bunch. Tom's videos are well done, the recipes are on the website and you can order everything he uses from their online store.

I've ordered the Cattleman's Grill Carne Asada seasoning, Cattleman's Chipotle Coffee steak rub and the Flavolcano hot sauce. I could lose myself in all the sauces and rubs they sell

Have watched and did it his way. It was delicious. Only thing I found odd is he says he doesn't typically wrap although I saw a video where a guy works in his place for 24 hours. Forget the channel.

Anyway, in that segment they wrap every brisket they are smoking. What gives?

Btw, I wrapped mine once I achieved the color bark I wanted.

Actually just stumbled upon Sam the Cooking Guy last night. He does most of his stuff on the grill or flat top in his outdoor kitchen.

Exact same preferences. And I tried watching BBQ Pit Boys but that dude narrating irks TF out of me.

Sam is very entertaining (even though he doesn't do a whole lot of bbq). I'm subbed to him too. Kosmo's Q has some good videos if you can take his fake enthusiasm (I can't). But his injections, rubs, sauces and marinades are highly regarded in the competition world.

Harry Soo of Slap Yo Daddy BBQ has some good stuff too. Again, he's another one that takes some getting used to.

I like this guy. I just watched him make a Cuban and a French dip. His rant about cooking on the French dip video was good stuff. Thanks.

I like How To BBQ Right because of the variety of grills that he uses, and he differentiates between competition and backyard recipes. However, he just got that Jambo stick burner, so we may never see a green egg or UDS video from him ever again.
