Whicha cooking?

Honestly, for me it’s 2 boxes of Jambayla. It’s quickish, easy, usually everyone is okay with it, and will last for 2-3 days.

Here’s what comes to mind:

Meatloaf and bagged mashed potatoes (mix with water) and frozen bagged mixed vegetables

Tacos

Sloppy joes

Tuna salad

My go-to lazy meal.

Takes five minutes to make, slap it on some bread with some lettuce and mater. Good to go.

Depends on what I have in the fridge and pantry. Chicken broccoli and garlic tossed in some pasta with olive oil is always delicious and can come together in like 20 minutes

Some soups are easy and quick to make. I can put together a pot of fresh broccoli/cheese soup in about 45 minutes. Do a grilled cheese sandwich with it and you've got a quick meal.

Grilled meat like pork or beef steaks with grilled vegetables are pretty quick, or pop a potato in the microwave, add some cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and green onions and you've got a meal.

Tacos are a snap. Lots of pasta dishes with fresh vegetables, olive oil, parmesan cheese, etc. are easy to make.

Hell, nothing easier than popping a frozen pizza in the oven and pop open a few cold beers to go with it and you're good to go.

Ever had the frozen Indian meals from Trader Joe’s? Pretty damn good for a frozen meal and no cleanup needed.

Costco frozen Orange chicken. I keep a few in the freezer at all times for this purpose.

My go to when the family has already eaten is scrambled eggs and rice with some buttered toast.

I do fried eggs and toast at least once a week. With a couple Jimmy Dean’s patties.

I grab the Tyson blackened chicken strips when I see them. 7 minutes in the air fryer and toss it with some spring mix that I always keep in the fridge.

Stacked enchiladas/enchilada lasagna. Shredded rotisserie chicken, spreadable cream cheese, green chiles, your choice of seasoning. Then layer tortilla and chicken mixture 3-4 layers, pour enchilada sauce over the top and cover with shredded cheese. Bake until bubbly
