Cowboy Kent was a legitimate cook, BUT.. quite a few of his videos are hacks, and he comes off as a country bumpkin that rubs people the wrong way.

I didn't watch the video but that looks like he made something in the ballpark of chicken and sausage creole. It's obviously and absolutely not jambalaya but the picture looks pretty good anyway. Come to think of it, I think I might just have to make myself some chicken creole this weekend.
