So now that beaucoup ppl are working from home, how about a lunch threat?
Sadly, my first official work from home lunch consisted of cauliflower tots and leftover coleslaw. I’ve got to do better that tomorrow.....

I work from home fairly frequently. I have to treat it just like the office so I don't get fat. Meal prep for the week and just eat what is prepared...with a beer that is.

Today was leftover smash burger on a low carb wrap.

I normally just eat whatever we have leftover from the night before. Today is my first day working at home with a toddler, so instead of leftovers I treated myself to a coffee stout.

Turkey sandwich. Somehow I’m busier now than I normally am in the office.

Good thread. I reheated some steaks and asparagus that I grilled last night. Chuck roast currently in the slow cooker for eating over the next few days.

I just do a cheap charcuterie plate at home. Cheese slices, nuts, salamis and pepperonis, etc.

I've spent a small fortune at Costco recently, so the wife and I are ready.

Will I have turkey wraps with natural saurkraut? Or will I roast a leg of lamb? Lunch is wide open right now!

Got a better plan for today: defrosted some field peas cooked w/tasso and gonna make some corn muffins too.

I've got an abundance of peas thanks to my vasectomy...wonder if the family would object to a pea based meal...

That is how we are. Costco run made and only working from home. I am cooking breakfast (usually just eggs) and dinner with leftovers for lunch. So far steaks, taco soup, pork chops....

Today, I managed to make Wild planet tuna salad: mayo, Maille whole grain mustard, chopped Jazz apple, sliced almonds. Best part is leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.
