Man, thanks for the votes y’all. The birria tacos tasted great as well. I was traveling all day yesterday, so I apologize for the delay in our next ingredient. I know some of y’all already did crawfish in your tortilla dishes, but with them coming into peak season right now, I choose crawfish as our next challenge.
