I think we could do another chicken challenge, just not specifically thighs. I looked back to an earlier discussion and Jax had said something like that.

I forgot about that... I was out of town for a wedding and didn't participate in that one.
ETA: So unless I missed another one... the current lineup is:
1) Chicken thighs
2) Pork tenderloin
3) Beef short ribs
4) Shrimp
5) Fish
6) Corn
7) Sandwich
8) Andouille

No. There’s not a lot of creativity available if you can’t pull it out of the casing, IMO.
Plus. Some andouille has casing you can’t eat. Like Veron which is paper.

I bought some andouille the other day at Fresh Market and it was not smoked so you can pull it apart and crumble it.
