Wow! Scores were very tight, but...

3. Greg Maddux
holygrale and NOLAGT were tied for fourth, with GeauxTigers right behind! LouisianaLady was well ahead in first, but the next five contenders were neck and neck.

Friend,
Mother taught me that democracy is not always fair. The mobs of Rome are little different from the mobs of Portland, D.C., or the OT.
Having said that I want to offer my warmest congratulations to the winners and all the participants. These creations are credits to the board, signs of ingenuity and genius. If Beauty, as Plato said, is the only form of the Good open to our senses, then all of the contestants have turned our attention to the Good.

I dont think third place gets a say in the next ingredient but just in case I’ll throw chicken thighs out there.

I actually can get on board with chicken thighs. I considered andouille, or doing a challenge where cheese is the star of the dish.. But honestly I think chicken thighs leave the canvas blank and make way for some real creativity. So chicken thighs it is!
Do we need to specify whether boneless, bone-in, etc.? Or can it just be general chicken thighs however you prefer to buy them?
I personally prefer the latter, but I don't make the rules!
