I heard the bourbon baws are boycotting because the entry fee means they can't bring a ton of mules

i havent seen a thread about it this year so that was confusing!
Are people wanting to keep it under the radar to make sure its a small turnout

entry fee
Explain. Didn't see anything about this on the flyer at my house.
Anyway, no not going. If I somehow got chosen, I wouldn't want to spend that kind of money.

The odds of winning are so low, not worth going. Same guys win every year...

$5 donation to the Wounded Warrior project to enter. I was gonna go, but the entry fee on top of what I'd pay for a bottle was just too much $$$ for me.

So you pay money for a raffle and then you have the pay for the bottle if you win? Genius
Posted on 12/17/15 at 2:47 pm to LSUvegasbombed
how much do they charge if you win?

Going. #rare at retail prices. Yes please.

its just 5 bucks to get in
If you number assigned to the bracelet you buy wins then you have the option to buy the alcohol you just won at retail price

It's $5 and a donation to wounded warriors. If that's putting you out, you're probably in the wrong spot.

Retail costs for some bottles that are virtually impossible to get your hands on without paying 2-5 times MSRP seems pretty reasonable.

I'll cover your entry fee if you drive.

I may go for the off chance of winning a bottle of rare, but really have no interest in the bourbon.

Planning on going... although if I pulled one of the really expensive bottles I'd probably turn around and sell it to a friend. A bit over my price range.
