Really don't get the love for Company. Found it good, not great, and a little too greasy.

La Petite is great

Many overlook Capdeville--I love their namesake burger

Sitting at GBs right now.

The now defunct Vizard's used to have a heck of a burger special.

I don't dislike any of the previous mentions, but I really like beach corner. The burger is as good as port of call, cheaper, and I never have to wait for a table. I have a personal aversion to paying $15 for a burger so it's hard to convince me that company burger, cowbell, and LPG are worth paying double what beach corner charges. I still eat at those places occasionally but Ive never been blown away by them

Ever try Junction on St. Claude?

Is that any good?

I think Junction is better than Beachcorner. Beachcorner is just your run of the mill bar burger IMO.

We tried to go there. They don't let kids in.

Cowbell is #1 for me, I just can't go in there with my wife without dropping $90 so I go easy on my crosstown trips to Oak Street. Company is just as high up there, Junction is also phenomenal - only been once. Had the KC BBQ/mushroom burger. A+. All three of them have good beers on as well.

My classic will always be Camellia Grill over Port O Call.

I don't get why people hate port of call. I think it may be because it's popular for tourists and the cool thing is always to go against what the tourist like

I've only been twice but both times the burger was amazing.

I haven't been to Port of Call in at least 10 years. It was always legit I just think the hamburger game is a lot stronger in the city now.
