I don't care for stones, bigger ice is better for higher-quality juice because it melts slower so it dilutes the liquor less.

Only time I use ice is for a cocktail like an old fashioned. I have a square mold in the freezer to make them. nothing complicated.

This. When I first started, I diluted with water, used ice, etc. The more I got into it as a hobby, the more I drank neat. Now, that's about all I do.

I have that one and the round one. The round one is a PITA. Pretty much stopped using it.

Parker’s is one I need to find, may entail an out of state trip to get it.

I like to run blinds at the end of the year to compare bottles I've enjoyed throughout the year. These are all within a few proof points of each other. 4R is a 10 yr OESK, KLuke batch 1, Booker's lumberyard, and ECBP C922.

Update: the results lined up with the ages, not prices. C922 (12 years) edged out the 4R (10 years). KLuke was third and Bookers fourth. 1-3 was really close. Bookers nose was clearly behind the others, and it had a thinner mouthfeel. The actual flavors are good though.

While I haven't had much of the C922 previously, I get every release and they're always good. This one seemed like a step up from B522 and the proof was right in line with the others. It's actually refreshing to me that something that can be found on shelves for 70 bucks won the blind.
