First crack at 21-07. Maple syrup bomb but not a ton of depth. Not my favorite release of Maker’s cask strength.

1st drink in quite a few days as I’ve been sick, and this is an interesting one. Some sips are great, others super bitter. Overall it’s one interesting, complex pour. I may not like it, but I appreciate it. Then again my taste may be off right now

I enjoy it quite a bit. It's more complex than most ryes. It does have prominent herbal notes throughout and the spice comes in for the finish.

2pd is another good, but very different, rye.
