Added the rest of this to the 107 bottle to start the infinty. Think the screw cap is the way togo.

This time keeping a spreadsheet of what goes in. I think I will actually just add current open bottles, not necessary almost finished.

Speaking of, thoughts on best way to store some of an open bottle for several years? Internet hasn't been as helpful as I'd hoped. I was thinking a mason jar with minimal empty space for oxygen, but I've seen concerns about the seal degrading due to the alcohol. Anyone here done something like this?

I don't think it's necessary to do anything but this is a good article on some options and the last section I know some that do this when the bottle gets low

Gotcha, yeah I don’t know when they started putting batches on the bottles. If you follow Smoke Wagon on IG Aaron does videos for all the batches and tells you what he puts in them. Batch 41 has 4,5,6, and 9 year bourbon in it. He apparently used to kinda hold his blends close to the vest but recently has said “frick it if you think you can blend as good as me, go for it” and started talking more about the blends that go into UCUF.

Batch 26 is when they started putting batch labels on the bottle I've got two unlabeled ones left and for the price it's one of my favorite bottles when you can catch it on Seelbachs.

ETA: would consider EHT Small Batch on secondary, wouldn’t consider Single Barrel for the prices that it’s going for.

Because you cant find it or at least no one is selling it. on the old BSM, they were banning folks for using the same photo, because no one had anything else. The ISO's 6 months ago were @ $4-6k. Then all of the sudden, a month or two ago, someone sold a case for $12k each

Picked up a Single barrel today for trade on a Smokewagon UU.

Thanks again for your assist
