Turns out it actually pays to go to our WW every week. One of the guys that works it quietly told me he held a bottle of Blue Corn for me. Yay. I finally have red and blue at the same time. Probably never get a chance at Tanager.

Just in general, I prefer Meleck stuff to Four Roses. The price makes it easier for me.

4??; however, certain recipes are better than others. It’s best to know which of the 10 you gravitate toward because 1-2 are off putting to some.
