Had angels envy and Rowan's creek for the first time last night. All I will say is that they both went down almost too easily. Super smooth stuff and I thoroughly enjoyed them both.

Yeah, those bourbons that go down too easily can be dangerous for sure!

My glencairn glasses finally came in. I really do think the shape makes a difference, especially on the nose. Plus, they look sharp!

They definitely do a great job at concentrating the notes for the nose. I think I like my new ones with stems a bit better just b/c easier to hold, but hard to go wrong with the Glencairns.

I really like the stemmed ones as well. Got a link or a name I can search on Amazon? Those would be good to break out with guests.

Stemmed Whiskey Glasses

These are the ones I got. Pretty reasonably priced compared to most of the stemmed ones. The Riedel's have good reviews too

No idea lol. I'd say if there is a "waf" then probably a furniture store...if not then sky's the limit. I recently saw pics of a case/bar made out of pallets that looked pretty cool. Maybe deathvaly can post them up.

Can't wait to open my 4 roses LE and 125 tomorrow night...until then...killin some NM

You bought an empty bottle at a Circle K? Why?

Question about the NM: had a couple of glasses at a bar that smelled like peaches and tasted like great bourbon. The bottle I bought smells a little more alcohol based and tastes kind of like bourbon that was stored in a dirty ceramic pot. Which one do you think your bottle is closer to? Trying to figure out which bottle was the aberration.
