Seriously, I really enjoyed it as it is right now. After drinking a bottle for the first time last week I really liked it. So I went back and picked up a few more bottles. They tell me it gets better with time so I will save a couple of bottles for next Fall. If you have a case go ahead and drink a few now and cellar the rest.
