I'm gonna say this is one of those "personal opinion" situations. You're not somehow wrong or damaged for not liking certain beers, everyone has their opinion. If you hate a beer that everyone else loves or love a beer that everyone else hates, then that's how it is. Same can be said with bourbon juice
There are so many IPAs and DIPAs out there boasting ever more different combinations of hops that the term 'IPA' could encompass a million different flavor/aroma profiles, and you're not bound to follow the crowd on at what you like no doubt
